About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school settings
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under BCBA supervision
  • Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams
  • Follow treatment plans and educate others about ABA interventions

  • Travel locally between various service locations during business hours

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Ability to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as walking and bending
  • Available during business hours from 7 AM to 7 PM
