About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to patients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and adjustment-related difficulties connected to their neurologic diagnosis
Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations within your scope of practice
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches)
Coordinate care with patients' neurology providers as needed to support whole-person treatment
Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
Manage your own caseload and scheduling within the platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, unrestricted LCSW license (independent clinical practice license — not LSW or provisional)
Licensed in New York, California, Florida or Texas; multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain it is a plus
Experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, and/or PTSD populations
Comfort and experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth
Interest or experience in healthcare-adjacent or integrated care settings (neurology, chronic illness, or medical social work experience is a strong plus, though not required)
Strong clinical documentation habits and comfort working independently
Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant space for sessions.
