About the role

Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with NeueHealth’s mission and business goals.
Own data products throughout their full lifecycle, including development, rollout, and ongoing support, ensuring they deliver impactful and scalable outcomes.
Develop and manage roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionality to maximize impact.
Write clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that bridge business needs with technical execution.
Partner with engineering teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions that align with both technical requirements and business objectives.
Independently discover insights and use data to formulate logical, actionable conclusions.
Advance a data-driven culture by leveraging metrics to measure product success and driving continuous improvement through iteration and actionable insights.
Approach ambiguous, complex problems with creativity, persistence, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in building and managing data products, platforms, or technology solutions.
Proven success owning and delivering products from conception to launch, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in Excel for business analytics, with strong technical skills in SQL and Python/Scala for advanced problem-solving.
Experience collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams, ideally using Agile frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with a strong understanding of business needs and strategy.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results.
