About the role
- Effectively profile clients, developing a deep understanding of their specific investment goals
- Provide insightful commentary regarding market movements, product and portfolio updates
- Liaise with other internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Proactively tackle client issues by engaging appropriate internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ client-facing experience
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Existing Cross-Channel relationships a plus
- Strong fixed income/ETF background with a fundamental understanding of alternatives desired
- Series 7, 63/65, and 31 or Series 7, 66, 31 licenses required
- CFP, CIMA, and/or CFA/CAIA desired
