About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the sales activities of the assigned territory
  • Drive business in the region to increase market share penetration at profitable levels
  • Technically and commercially support distributors in the Industrial market
  • Visit customers in the region to discover and develop aftermarket opportunities
  • Develop spare parts business
  • Define and execute plans/programs to combat pirates to increase parts sales
  • Sell NETZSCH products and services to meet or exceed region sales revenue plan
  • Research, analyze and recommend new sales partners for the region
  • Provide required training to sales partners’ staff on products, applications, and policies
  • Make joint sales calls with partners to build relationships with key customers
  • Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events
  • Provide market trends, sales growth strategies and competitive intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate, persuade, strategize and cooperate
  • Driven to achieve results
  • Ability to develop Regional Strategy Plans
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time
  • Ability to have related business and technical discussions
  • Ability to speak in front of groups
  • Valid driver’s license and current passport
  • Ability to travel up to 60% as required
