About the role

  • End-to-end management of web projects – from initial consultation through design and implementation to successful go-live.
  • Main point of contact for our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Project planning and coordination (scheduling, capacity planning, briefings, coordination with development & external partners).
  • Conducting design and website presentations, including management of revision cycles until final approval.
  • Conceptual and strategic consulting on site structure, content and further development of the website.
  • Creation and maintenance of website content in the NETZCOCKTAIL system (CMS), taking structure, user guidance and project goals into account.
  • Ensuring budget adherence, quality and client satisfaction, as well as reporting.
  • Execution of go-lives, system training and project-related ongoing development.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing digital projects, ideally in the web, agency or IT environment.
  • Technical understanding of CMS platforms, hosting, domains and basic web structures.
  • Structured, self-directed way of working with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presentations (especially online).
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into concrete actions.
  • Commercial awareness and responsibility for budget and project success.
  • Team player with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
