About the role
- Immerse yourself in day-to-day functions of the corporate legal department
- Intake and support labor and employment requests, including related legal research
- Conduct multi-jurisdictional research and drafting in support of global HR operations
- Participate in the reviewing and redlining process for Procurement contracts
- Assist with projects exploring/implementing the use of artificial intelligence to streamline procurement contract review
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in and actively attending an ABA-accredited law school (J.D. program)
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Interest in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology law
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency using artificial intelligence tools or legal technology platforms (preferred)
- Exposure to contract review, procurement, or employment law research (preferred)
