About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor and develop a team of software engineers.
- Partner with Product Managers to define, prioritise and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Drive technical design, architecture and engineering standards across your product domain.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Building and leading high-performing software engineering teams.
- Modern software architecture including microservices, distributed systems and event-driven design.
- Cloud-native development, ideally within Microsoft Azure.
- DevOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and automated quality practices.
- Enterprise integrations using APIs, SaaS platforms and authentication frameworks.
- Agile delivery within cross-functional Scrum teams.
- Stakeholder management, technical leadership and influencing outcomes across multiple teams.
