About the role
- Take ownership of assigned transition cases from start to finish
- Coordinate asset transfers with external parties including fund managers, registries, and advisers
- Validate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage asset valuations and accurately import cost base details
- Communicate effectively with clients, advisers and stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the finance industry
- Expertise in asset transfer processes, particularly managed funds and listed securities
- Solid understanding of domestic and international securities (including warrants, LICs, ETFs), bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets
- Knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and cost base requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Experience with WRAP / Super platforms (highly regarded)
