About the role

  • Plan, organise and deliver events end‑to‑end, including logistics, content coordination, speakers, merchandise and on‑site execution.
  • Manage timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent events, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget and to brief.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and senior stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Liaise with venues, AV, designers and other external suppliers, including administration, commercial coordination and clear communication.
  • Coordinate event communications, including website content, registrations, social media, post‑event reporting and learnings.
  • Assist with the delivery of highly produced online events and webinars, including speaker preparation and live facilitation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting or delivering events, with the confidence to manage smaller programs end‑to‑end
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills to keep multiple activities moving smoothly
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with external suppliers and coordinating event logistics
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment
  • Experience in facilitation and public‑facing activities such as webinars and briefings is beneficial
