About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expert consulting and solution leadership by designing effective workflows, recommending best practices, and guiding clients through implementation, enhancement, and long-term solution success
- Deliver workflow and solution design during client engagements to achieve defined benefits
- Guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance
- Act as a primary consultant for solution troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships, including escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support
- Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise during installation, operation, maintenance, or testing
- Manage client expectations and ensure project delivery meets engagement goals
- Coach, mentor, and guide solution teams on recommended methodology practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 4 years of healthcare information technology implementation or consulting work experience
- At least 1 year of project management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical, and operational teams
- Ability to document and present architecture concepts, narrowing complex ideas to a single overview
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions
- Ability to make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively
- Preferred: at least 2 years of Netsmart EHR solution work experience
- Travel expected up to 20% of the time as needed
- Ability to work extended or irregular hours outside traditional office hours when required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Netsmart does not provide work visa sponsorship
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen
