Identifies and communicates quality concerns to QA leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in Coding & OASIS review
HCS-D certification and HCS-O or COS-C OASIS certification
Expert in ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced clinical degree (preferred)
Active clinical license (e.g. RN, PT, OT, SP)
CPHQ certification (preferred)
HCS-H certification (preferred)
