About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Hunter mentality: You want to close — not manage. Rejections fuel you, they’re not the end of the world.
- Experience: 1–2 years in opening and setting — you’ve done cold calling before and want to do it again.
- Performance-driven: You want to earn based on performance. No cap. And be somewhere different in two years than you are today.
- Willingness to learn: You take feedback and implement it immediately.
- German proficiency at negotiation level, spoken and written — you’ll be selling to German decision-makers.
