Key responsibilities & impact

Build AI visibility: You will develop the AI visibility of our clients' shops from the ground up
Content lifecycle management: You will be responsible for the ongoing content lifecycle of client projects
Conduct workshops independently: You will plan, lead, and document workshops with our clients
Document client progress: You will maintain workflows, guidelines, and processes
AI shop analyses and optimizations: You will perform AI and shop analyses and proactively initiate measures for GEO, content, and feed optimization
Sprint planning and task management: You will plan and maintain sprints in close coordination with your team
Data management: You will keep client folders up to date and ensure orderly and efficient work practices
Support Shopify team: You will be the internal point of contact for all AI and GEO questions regarding client shops

What you’ll need

Marketing expertise — MUST HAVE: You have experience designing and implementing content strategies
AI expertise — MUST HAVE: You are well versed in modern AI systems, LLMs, and generative search and answer engines
AI mindset — MUST HAVE: You are firmly convinced that AI competency will be the decisive competitive advantage in the coming years
Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), structured data, feeds, and ideally e-commerce platforms like Shopify
Leadership skills: You can confidently guide clients through GEO and AI visibility projects
Attention to detail: You bring high levels of care and persistence to workshops and data maintenance
Self-organization: Working independently and taking responsibility comes naturally to you
Top communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills
Solution orientation: You view challenges as opportunities and maintain an overview even in complex situations
Language: Your German skills are at C2 level
