About the role
- Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce reporting and analytics across the sales organization
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales leadership, sales managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce reporting and insights
- Ensure consistent definitions of metrics, KPIs, and pipeline stages
- Own Salesforce data hygiene, accuracy, and integrity across leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities
- Implement and enforce data standards, validation rules, and best practices
- Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Partner with sales teams to drive adoption of clean and consistent data entry
- Analyze existing sales processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and automation
- Partner with sales leadership to document, refine, and improve sales workflows
- Support Salesforce configuration changes related to process improvements (fields, page layouts, automation, etc.)
- Assist with testing and rollout of new Salesforce features, tools, and enhancements
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on pipeline health, forecasting, conversion rates, and sales performance
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and outcomes
- Support quarterly and monthly business reviews with accurate data and analysis
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to align data, reporting, and processes
- Support new hire onboarding and ongoing Salesforce training for sales users
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation
- Proven experience owning Salesforce data quality and reporting for a sales team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
