About the role

  • Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce reporting and analytics across the sales organization
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales leadership, sales managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce reporting and insights
  • Ensure consistent definitions of metrics, KPIs, and pipeline stages
  • Own Salesforce data hygiene, accuracy, and integrity across leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities
  • Implement and enforce data standards, validation rules, and best practices
  • Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Partner with sales teams to drive adoption of clean and consistent data entry
  • Analyze existing sales processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and automation
  • Partner with sales leadership to document, refine, and improve sales workflows
  • Support Salesforce configuration changes related to process improvements (fields, page layouts, automation, etc.)
  • Assist with testing and rollout of new Salesforce features, tools, and enhancements
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on pipeline health, forecasting, conversion rates, and sales performance
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and outcomes
  • Support quarterly and monthly business reviews with accurate data and analysis
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to align data, reporting, and processes
  • Support new hire onboarding and ongoing Salesforce training for sales users

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation
  • Proven experience owning Salesforce data quality and reporting for a sales team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
