About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the consolidated project portfolio for the AI Advisory and Transformation Services Practice, maintaining visibility into status, risk, and resource allocation across all active engagements.
Establish and enforce project management standards, including scope documentation, milestone tracking, change control, and lessons-learned processes.
Oversee the operational delivery of all advisory, assessment, and transformation engagements, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Netrio’s delivery methodology.
Own the practice-level P&L, tracking revenue, cost of delivery, margins, and budget variance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Prepare and deliver executive-level program status reports, including portfolio health, financial performance, risk posture, and strategic recommendations.
Mentor and develop project managers, consultants, and delivery staff within the practice.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of program or project management experience in professional services, IT consulting, managed services, or technology advisory environments.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-project portfolios with concurrent, complex engagements.
Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership, budget management, and margin analysis.
Proven ability to build and deliver executive-level reports and presentations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across technical, business, and executive audiences.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
