About the role

  • Manage IT onboarding and technical infrastructure projects from planning through execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and client stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are structured, resourced, and executed effectively
  • Identify operational risks and dependencies early in the onboarding lifecycle
  • Develop and present detailed project plans charting deliverables and milestones
  • Manage multiple clients, their projects and expectations
  • Assist the PMO team with advancing and refining project management processes
  • Keep projects on track through clear task management and issue tracking

Requirements

  • IT infrastructure experience
  • Mastery of Project Planning tools (MS Project/Project Plan, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Flexible, pragmatic, detail-oriented
  • Experience with being the point person for clients
  • Importance of Project Documentation for a successful project
