About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieving sales, revenue, and market share goals of the assigned sales team
- Hiring and managing a team to meet or exceed performance objectives
- Collaborating with partners in Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Business Development
- Executing the Management Operating System consistently and effectively
- Developing intimate knowledge of the market and ensuring coverage of priority accounts
- Advocating for the assigned sales team within Netradyne
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in management of complex quota-carrying sales teams
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with large quotas ($2.5M+ ARR)
