About the role

  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders (investors, auditors, advisors).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP standards and support audits, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Own financial dashboards, variance analysis, and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Manage and improve Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes end-to-end.
  • Track invoices, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Help streamline and improve finance processes, controls, and documentation as the company scales.
  • Take ownership of undefined and evolving scenarios and proactively propose solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of both cash basis and GAAP basis accounting, as well as financial reporting best practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing AR/AP processes.
  • Experience preparing reports for leadership, investors, or external stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
  • Keen desire for professional growth with a transparent and trustworthy approach.
  • Excellent Excel skills with moderate financial modelling familiarity
