About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop tailored, AI-powered platform solutions on the ServiceNow platform and implement production-ready AI use cases
Design, develop, and implement intelligent AI solutions using Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and AI Skills
Build custom applications
Develop complex integrations via Integration Hub as well as REST/SOAP APIs
Automate workflows using Flow Designer
Guide Large Language Model behavior contextually and craft precise prompts
Integrate generative AI into existing enterprise processes
Own the full lifecycle of enterprise AI solutions, including development, automated testing, and adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards
Advise clients technically and strategically on identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) computer science, vocational training in computer science/application development, or equivalent
At least 2 years of professional experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript
Practical project experience with Now Assist or comparable GenAI initiatives on ServiceNow
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM behavior
Experience with AI Agent Studio and agentic workflows
Experience securing AI applications in production environments, including testing, security, and AI governance
Fluent German language skills
Good English skills
