Requirements

What you’ll need

Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik/Anwendungsentwicklung oder Vergleichbares
Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konfiguration und im Customizing der ServiceNow-Plattform
Praktische Erfahrung in Beratung und Implementierung von mindestens zwei ServiceNow-Produkten, z. B. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM oder SPM
Fundierte Kenntnisse in JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, REST, Angular, Web Services, SOAP und XML
Kenntnisse der ITIL-Terminologie
Agile Arbeitsweise
Kenntnisse der ServiceNow Development Methodology
Abgeschlossene CSA-Zertifizierung und mindestens eine CIS-Zertifizierung
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
