  • Use all options: You’re not afraid of new topics, and terms like Exchange, Entra, Teams, AD and SharePoint are familiar to you.
  • Do it better: Whether on-premises or in the cloud—you always find the perfect solution, build entirely new structures or support your customers in migrating to the ideal communication system.
  • Provide clarity: With clear technical documentation and active on-the-job training you make all functions and features understandable for your customers.
  • Stay organized: You coordinate your projects independently, manage your own appointments and keep an overview.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Customer focus: You enjoy direct contact with customers and advise them honestly and competently. You can also explain and present your solutions in a way that non-technical people understand.
  • Driving ability: You hold a valid class B driving license.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have completed vocational training in IT (Fachinformatiker) or a technical degree and have several years of professional experience — but we also welcome applicants with comparable skills.
  • Know-how: You have a deep understanding of complex groupware solutions and collaborative software. Ideally you are already familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem and bring solid knowledge in the following areas:
  • - Management of on-premises environments: Active Directory, Certificate Services, Exchange Server, File Services, SharePoint Server
  • - Hybrid approaches: Entra Connect, Exchange Hybrid
  • - Cloud solutions: Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online
