Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and continuously improve the technical foundation behind Netigate’s go-to-market engine.
  • Shape Salesforce data models and automation standards.
  • Support ongoing Salesforce restructuring for AI and reporting.
  • Create lead detection and qualification systems.
  • Automate the path from buyer signal to sales action.
  • Build enrichment workflows for sales intelligence.
  • Connect buying signals to automated workflows.
  • Design and operate AI workflows for qualification and research.
  • Integrate tools across the revenue stack.
  • Monitor automation performance and optimize workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience building go-to-market, revenue operations, growth, or sales automation systems in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.
  • Practical experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows.
  • Familiarity with GTM automation, enrichment, and outbound tools.
  • Confident working with SQL and APIs.
  • Coding ability in Python or Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of data movement between systems.
  • Track record of improving speed, conversion, and data quality.
  • Ability to translate operational friction into technical solutions.
