Planning & Design: Actively participate in planning meetings and technical design discussions for the migration strategy.
Investigation & Analysis: Conduct necessary technical investigation into existing system behaviors, dependencies, and integration points to identify migration risks and requirements.
Task Management: Help design, define, and break down complex migration tasks for the team, ensuring clear scope and dependencies.
Technical Support: Provide deep technical expertise in both the legacy PHP stack and the modern Golang microservices environment to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

Expert in **Golang** (distributed systems and services).
**PHP** (modern and legacy versions)
**CIAM solutions** **- Auth0, AWS Cognito (Proven experience with at least one, familiarity with the other is a significant plus.)**
**5+ years combined experience in Golang/PHP is mandatory.**
Navigation & Communication Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder discussions and present technical findings clearly to both engineering peers and non-technical partners.
Strong analytical capabilities to quickly understand complex system dependencies, legacy code, and integration requirements.
Awareness of project impact on internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of user experience (UX) implications related to identity changes (e.g., login flows, password resets, registration) is a strong plus.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and in a high-pressure environment.
