Develop and execute the overall North American AV sales strategy, including forecasting, territory planning, and vertical market expansion.
Lead, mentor, and grow the AV sales team across North America; set clear objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
Drive adoption of NETGEAR’s AV over IP solutions, consistently delivering against quarterly and annual sales targets.
Partner with OEM, Distribution, Marketing, and Engineering to launch initiatives, execute go-to-market strategies, and support key accounts.
Represent NETGEAR at industry events, conferences, and high-level customer meetings to reinforce our leadership position in AV networking solutions.
Utilize Salesforce and other tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
12+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Pro AV or Broadcast markets.
Demonstrated success leading and scaling sales teams across a multi-country region (U.S. and Canada preferred).
Strong expertise in AV over IP technologies and a solid understanding of networking solutions.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building market share.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Experience driving results through distributor and channel partnerships.
Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics.
Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.
