About the role

  • Develop and execute the overall North American AV sales strategy, including forecasting, territory planning, and vertical market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the AV sales team across North America; set clear objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Drive adoption of NETGEAR’s AV over IP solutions, consistently delivering against quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Partner with OEM, Distribution, Marketing, and Engineering to launch initiatives, execute go-to-market strategies, and support key accounts.
  • Represent NETGEAR at industry events, conferences, and high-level customer meetings to reinforce our leadership position in AV networking solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Pro AV or Broadcast markets.
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling sales teams across a multi-country region (U.S. and Canada preferred).
  • Strong expertise in AV over IP technologies and a solid understanding of networking solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience driving results through distributor and channel partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.
