About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive partner-led demand and pipeline growth across the assigned region
- Understand the regional channel ecosystem, partner business models, customer segments, buying motions, and market dynamics
- Act as the regional expert on how partners influence, generate, and close demand
- Equip partners with content, messaging, tools, campaign assets, and regional customer-use-case content
- Localize and activate global partner campaigns
- Drive partner adoption of marketing programs and track engagement
- Partner with Sales to plan, activate, and optimize regional MDF investments
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership and field teams on shared pipeline and revenue goals
- Align channel marketing plans with regional sales priorities and growth targets
- Participate in regional sales planning, QBRs, and cadence meetings as channel marketing lead
- Own regional partner communications, newsletters, announcements, and campaign communications
- Translate global updates, launches, and programs into regional action
- Support and execute regional partner events, distributor events, trade shows, and industry events
- Plan, execute, and follow up on events with sales and partners
- Support regional execution of the partner program, including enablement, launches, and engagement
- Collaborate on partner recruitment initiatives and identify regional partner coverage gaps
- Reinforce partner value proposition and program benefits through consistent messaging
- Track channel marketing performance against KPIs including pipeline contribution, engagement, event ROI, and partner adoption
- Optimize programs using data and feedback
- Share regional insights and best practices with global teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience in channel or partner marketing
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and routes to market, including VARs, integrators, MSPs, and distributors
- Proven experience working closely with field sales teams on shared revenue goals
- Experience supporting or executing regional events
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and execution-oriented
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
