About the role
- Analyze customer-reported issues using logs, TechSupport files, packet captures, and topology documentation.
- Reproduce valid cases in the Engineering lab and identify invalid cases caused by misconfiguration or design gaps.
- Provide workarounds or configuration guidance when issues are not product defects.
- Perform remote debugging with customers and Project Engineers to collect data or apply fixes.
- Deliver on-site escalation support for urgent/high-impact cases, working with ProAV vendors and system integrators.
- Design and execute test cases for L2/L3 switching, routing, and ProAV protocols.
- Convert validated customer issues into test plans and integrate them into regression suites.
- Automate test cases in Engineering labs, ensuring coverage across releases and product lines.
