Requirements

- 5+ years of experience developing products specifically for SME markets or similar customer segments
- Deep industry expertise and recognition in switching technology development with focus on market-driven innovation
- Proven track record of driving breakthrough product innovations with measurable market impact
- Experience with intellectual property development and patent portfolio management
