About the role
- The Director, Sales Strategy & Growth Operations is responsible for defining and operationalizing NETGEAR’s global retail sales strategy.
- Drive the planning, performance, and go-to-market alignment needed to deliver the company’s 2026 growth agenda.
- Partner closely with Sales Operations, regional sales leaders, marketing, and operations to translate insights into commercial strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Focus on strategy, planning, performance governance, and cross-functional alignment.
- Create frameworks and playbooks for repeatable, scalable go-to-market execution.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead transformation initiatives that evolve how the global retail organization plans, measures, and executes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or Business Operations, ideally in Consumer Electronics, CPG, or Omni-Channel Retail.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives that improve forecasting, planning, and execution.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills; fluency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
