About the role

  • Lead market strategy for consumer devices portfolio including Orbi mesh systems, Nighthawk routers, and accessory products
  • Work collaboratively with Brand, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Channel, Design & Creative to define positioning and messaging
  • Define and refine unique value propositions and translate technical capabilities into customer-focused narratives
  • Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and major updates, set objectives, target segments, and success metrics
  • Align sales, demand generation, and product teams to drive revenue targets and market penetration
  • Execute customer and market research, synthesize insights to influence product development, positioning, roadmap and marketing decisions
  • Serve as the "voice of the customer" to ensure product and marketing directions address user needs
  • Support retail and partner enablement through sales tools, training guides, and educational materials
  • Lead and influence cross-disciplinary teams through product and launch cycles, championing progress against business metrics
  • Develop and manage marketing assets for campaigns, product launches, events, and analyst engagements
  • Define, track, and report on success metrics including pipeline impact, product adoption, and customer satisfaction & retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 8 years of experience in Product Marketing or closely related roles, ideally within consumer electronics or adjacent consumer technology categories
  • Proven success launching consumer products and driving growth through end-to-end GTM strategy and execution
  • Depth in consumer research and the ability to translate insights into product requirements and compelling stories
  • Skilled at turning complex features into simple, benefit-led narratives for consumers
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and proactive; strong record leading cross-functional teams at pace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at tailoring messaging and narratives to diverse consumer audiences across channels
  • Familiarity with packaging processes and operations, including shaping product claims and on-box messaging (preferred)
  • Experience with retail/POS marketing, e-commerce merchandising, and channel enablement (preferred)
