About the role
- Lead proactive sourcing and talent mapping to identify and engage top candidates across multiple disciplines.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines using AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to align on talent needs and deliver market-driven sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS (Ashby) and ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.
- Share insights on talent trends, pipeline health, and market dynamics to influence hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing across GTM, Engineering, and G&A roles.
- Experience working for a global tech company, supporting distributed teams and diverse markets.
- Demonstrated success sourcing globally, with deep experience across the Bay Area, Vancouver (BC), and Europe is preferred.
- Proven success in identifying and engaging passive talent in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a bias for execution.
