About the role
- Lead carrier sales strategy and execution across consumer and business mobile product portfolios.
- Develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships with Tier 1 carriers in the U.S. and Canada, with emphasis on T-Mobile.
- Drive business development efforts to expand NETGEAR’s footprint in carrier channels.
- Collaborate closely with product management and marketing teams to align carrier requirements with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Negotiate and manage carrier agreements, product placements, and promotional programs.
- Maintain deep insight into carrier mobile business strategies, priorities, and decision-making processes.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategy and execution.
- Deliver revenue growth targets and ensure execution against sales objectives.
- Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and business reviews to the BU GM and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in carrier sales, business development, or related roles in the mobile devices or telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of consumer and business mobile product sales within Tier 1 carriers, particularly T-Mobile.
- Established network of carrier contacts, ideally including executive and decision-maker relationships.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies with carriers for devices, CPE, MBB, and handset categories.
- Deep understanding of carrier sales processes, product lifecycle, and go-to-market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
