About the role
- Be at the forefront of using analytics and data engineering skills to ensure that App QoE data can be used effectively across the company.
- Become one of the core stewards of App QoE, focusing on instrumentation, monitoring, and understanding the user experience.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams and data scientists to develop new ways of measuring how users perceive application performance.
Requirements
- Passion for exploring and building highly technical datasets and logging.
- Experience with creating clear written and visual technical documentation of user flow and how it is instrumented.
- Exceptional spoken and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly effective at developing meaningful stakeholder relationships and deep domain expertise.
- Proficiency with Python and a high level of fluency in SQL.
- Experience in engineering data pipelines.
- Familiarity with software engineering practices.
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to thrive with minimal oversight and process.
