About the role

  • Produce a complex title from inception to live
  • Be the single source of truth for game information
  • Have a proven track record as an excellent game producer with a focus on game readiness, quality, predictability, impact, and performance
  • Develop and drive full lifecycle project roadmaps, schedules, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with our operations teams to own partnerships with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of portfolio objectives and the ability to align project efforts with strategic goals

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Video Game Production, preferably in both Publishing and Development
  • Strong understanding of game development - Design, Programming, Art, Audio, Localization, QA, Release Management
  • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, utilize analytical skills for continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in presenting to and communicating effectively with stakeholders and partners at all levels
  • Proven leadership skills, able to influence teams without direct authority
  • Expertise in managing project budgets - forecasting, tracking, reporting
  • Up-to-date on industry trends, player preferences, and the competitive landscape
  • Passionate about gaming across various genres/platforms
