Requirements

5+ years of experience in engineering leadership managing high-performing Data Engineering teams
Strong background in data engineering, distributed systems, data modeling, and large-scale data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, or similar)
Experience leading efforts to build shared tooling, infrastructure, or platform features enabling faster and more reliable work for data engineering teams
Ability to advocate for smart investments in infrastructure, efficiency, and long-term architectural value
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
