About the role

  • Build and maintain tools that enhance developer productivity and operational excellence across Member Experience services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement debugging tools for their services
  • Enhance user interfaces to provide intuitive and seamless experiences for engineers
  • Incorporate GenAI tools to automate repetitive tasks

Requirements

  • Proficient with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React/Typescript)
  • Experience with at least one backend language/framework (e.g. Java/Spring)
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
  • Proactively communicate with cross-functional teams to drive projects
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Applied Math, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with teams distributed across multiple time zones
  • Experience with the latest GenAI stack (LLMs, RAG, Agents/Tools) is a plus
  • Experience building distributed backend systems is a plus
  • Experience building developer tools is a plus.
