💰 $400,000 - $680,000 per year

About the role

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Provide direction on security and risk strategy for AI/ML
  • Help define and implement AI/ML security strategy in partnership with the GenAI SPA Virtual Team
  • Serve as main liaison between studios using or building AI/ML and agentic systems and broader SPA organization
  • Lead AI/ML risk assessments for content generation and other business unit needs
  • Advise on data governance guardrails for AI model training, inference, data storage, and synthetic data creation
  • Advise on the development of secure AI/ML development pipelines (MLOps) in the studio space
  • Evaluate risks within the business and recommend treatment strategies
  • Develop metrics and reporting to communicate business initiatives and risks

Requirements

  • Broad security domain knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate highly complex technical AI security concepts into business impact for a non-technical audience
  • Strong understanding of information security, risk and data privacy as it applies to AI/ML systems
  • Strong technical/development background with the ability to discuss technical implementation
  • Ability to forge relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and can deal well with ambiguity
  • Responsible and proactive in seeking input
