About the role
- Lead a team of mixed technical roles (Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and Data Engineers)
- Drive the vision and roadmap for the team
- Be a strategic thought partner to shape the strategy of the broader Messaging domain

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading Data Science or related area teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for driving and influencing product strategies
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Masters or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred
