About the role

  • Be a product leader in the areas you lead, creating and executing on both Product and Content Design Strategies
  • Balance the unique needs of new content categories with scale and the overall Netflix experience system
  • Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring not only for your direct reports, but for Live Plus XD as a whole
  • Drive and execute Content Design strategies for Netflix’s streaming experience that stay ahead of the growing business and elevate the user experience.
  • Foster excellence through collaboration and encourage an inclusive, open environment that makes space for different views and work styles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and scaling innovative Content Design teams.
  • Experience managing a hybrid team of product and content designers is a plus.
  • Highly skilled at aligning multiple stakeholders, including at the Director and VP levels.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to successful outcomes and shipping impactful consumer products across a variety of platforms at a global scale.
  • Exceptional communication skills, in writing and verbally, to represent work to broader product teams and leaders.
