About the role
- Assist on key, company-wide events (e.g., Company Town Halls, leadership summits, etc.) from communications to logistics
- Work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to coordinate and prioritize a high volume of tasks
- Partner across the team to craft communication plans that deliver our message to the right people, at the right time, and in the right way
- Manage the team’s shared drive, keeping folders and files organized and consistent
- Help measure the effectiveness of team communications by accurately tracking key metrics
- Flex to assist on projects across internal communications—a team player who is game to help out where needed
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in communications—preferably within media, advertising, entertainment, or tech
- Experience with slide design and/or social strategy preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack—bonus if you’ve used content management systems for internal networks and email marketing tools to create and track campaigns
