About the role
- Lead offensive security operations and maintain strong cross functional relationships
- Drive remediation of findings and adoption of security controls
- Lead and develop a diverse set of security engineers across many security domains
- Contribute to broader preventative control initiatives and inform Detection and Response strategy
Requirements
- Direct experience managing a hybrid team of in-person and remote engineers
- Track record of mentoring and developing high-performing security engineering teams
- Empathetic leader who cultivates a culture of psychological safety and inclusion
- Prefer risk driven, scalable security approaches
- Well versed in adversary techniques and modern threat landscapes
- Experience running red team operations or adversary emulation scenarios
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable security solutions, tools or platforms for threat detection, intelligence gathering, or attack simulation
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve organizational security posture
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts
- Ability to drive success with minimal process
