About the role
- Serve as the internal legal thought partner to the Talent Mobility team on corporate immigration matters
- Act as an internal key subject matter expert (SME)
- Partner with Talent Mobility to manage and resolve high-priority escalations
- Provide case assessment and management for senior level employees
- Collaborate with Talent Mobility to select and deploy an appropriate immigration technology resource
- Manage the work of others, starting with one or more direct reports
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to refine immigration workflows
- Assist in managing outside counsel relationships
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as an immigration attorney
- Experience leading a team and/or managing the work of individuals
- Experience advising on overall company immigration strategies
- Experience providing individual immigration case assessments
- J.D. and membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
