Requirements
10+ years of total experience
3+ years of management experience in building and leading diverse software engineering teams
Experience in building first party tools, APIs and services that leverage data and real-time insights to support media planning workflows
Experience with building modern backend and frontend applications on cloud / AWS using Java, Spring Boot, React, GraphQL, Node.js or equivalent technologies
Experience with distributed systems and microservices, NoSQL databases, queues like Apache Kafka and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with AHC (agency holding cos) planning tools
Working knowledge of AI/ML/genAI techniques and an ability to apply them to sales processes
Understanding of how media planning workflow works with other parts of an ads platform
Working familiarity of various ad sales mechanisms - direct IO, programmatic, aggregator, reseller, self-serve etc.
General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with demonstrated product sense and leadership in the working environment
