About the role
- Planning and managing complex projects for notable and high-profile clients
- Overall responsibility for projects from contract clarification through final invoicing
- Professional leadership of project teams and oversight of resources, budget and quality
- Proactive risk and conflict management
- Cross-project client support and advisory services, account development
- Mentoring and coaching of less experienced PM colleagues
- Continuous process optimization and contribution to the development of our project management team
Requirements
- University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Media or Communication Studies)
- Several years of professional experience in digital project management
- Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects in parallel with budgets in the mid six-figure range
- Structured working style and strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Further training or certifications in PM (Scrum, PRINCE2, Kanban, etc.) are an advantage
