About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare contracts, addendums, offers, and employee documentation.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS accurately.
  • Track absences, leaves, and employee changes.
  • Support payroll preparation by coordinating variables with the external payroll provider.
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes remain compliant and well organized.
  • Assist with HR reporting and administrative follow-up.
  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, minor repairs, coordination with service providers, and assist in organizing team-building activities and company events.
  • Assist employees with day-to-day HR questions and administrative support.
  • Support recruitment processes from job posting to interview coordination.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain communication with candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and support recruitment follow-up.
  • Participate in employer branding and internal HR initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Recruitment, or similar HR support roles.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • French is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable managing administrative tasks with accuracy and autonomy.
  • Interest in recruitment and employee experience.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and confidence using HR systems.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
