About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the roadmap for AI-powered solutions with leadership
Assess new product ideas and enhancements
Own and manage the product backlog
Create detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering and design from sprint planning through release management
Align product, engineering, design, and QA teams on priorities
Conduct backlog grooming to refine, prioritize, and scope upcoming work
Monitor delivery pipelines and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies
Collect feedback from organizational stakeholders and customers
Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and other data for product improvements
Document and communicate product capabilities and timelines to product marketing and sales enablement
Stay engaged with evolving AI technologies and legal-industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in software development, legal technology, and/or product management
Technical proficiency and willingness to learn in a fast-moving AI environment
Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making and product prioritization
Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills
Hands-on experience with Scrum or other product development methodologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities for cross-functional collaboration
Strong experience with backlog management and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
