About the role
- Serve as a legal subject matter expert in customer engagements to identify opportunities for applying AI and automation to legal workflows
- Translate legal use cases into product implementation plans in collaboration with engineers and developers
- Design and refine legally accurate and context-aware AI prompts that enhance solution effectiveness
- Participate in customer discovery sessions to assess current processes and propose tailored solutions using NetDocuments' AI and automation capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical implementation reflects legal nuance and user needs
- Provide strategic input on product features and enhancements from a legal workflow perspective
- Support the development and documentation of best practices for legal-focused AI applications
- Stay informed on industry trends in legal tech and generative AI to advise customers and improve offerings
- Strong relationship-building skills with legal and technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure legal soundness in AI-assisted applications
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams

Requirements
- A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal background
- 3+ years experience in legal services with a clear understanding of legal terminology and workflows
- Familiarity with AI models and prompt engineering in legal contexts
- Comfort working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
