About the role
- Define and drive a multi-year product strategy and roadmap focused on AI, search, and workflow automation for legal professionals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer obsession.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver seamless and scalable solutions that meet the needs of enterprise clients.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle—from strategy and requirements through launch and adoption—ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use market insights, customer feedback, and data to guide decisions and prioritize investments that deliver measurable business impact.
- Anticipate market shifts and emerging AI technologies to maintain NetDocuments’ leadership in legal tech innovation.
- Serve as an internal and external thought leader, representing NetDocuments at conferences, client events, and industry forums.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or people management role.
- Proven success in defining and executing strategic product roadmaps for SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience leading AI or data-driven product initiatives, ideally within content management, productivity, or legal tech domains.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office integrations and how legal professionals use these tools.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic value.
- Hands-on experience with agile/scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment where adaptability and innovation are key.
