About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and customer teams to support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution validation
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept to show how Netcraft’s solutions address customer challenges
  • Conduct technical discovery to understand customer environments, requirements, and opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping inform product improvements and engineering priorities
  • Use your product and domain knowledge to build strong relationships with prospects and customers while serving as a technical liaison for the Commercial organization
  • Draft and deliver compelling proposals in collaboration with sales and account management teams
  • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of Netcraft services based on an understanding of their business needs and security challenges
  • Support smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers by collaborating with internal teams to ensure a successful customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity in a customer-facing role requiring strong technical product understanding
  • Ability to build relationships and clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders with varying degrees of technical understanding, from CISOs to developers to legal teams
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple activities effectively
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong customer-first mindset
  • A background in cybersecurity is helpful but not required; however, a strong interest in learning and developing knowledge in the cybercrime and security space will be important
  • A broad understanding of security, networking, and Internet fundamentals would be beneficial
