About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Holistic onboarding: You are responsible for the successful implementation of our merchant tool for new customers, conduct training sessions, and ensure that all features are used optimally.
  • Quality support: Using HubSpot CRM, you don't just process customer inquiries—you resolve them with technical depth and foresight.
  • Product configuration: You independently make the necessary settings in the merchant tool to tailor the software perfectly to the customer's needs.
  • Knowledge transfer: You document best practices and maintain our knowledge base to sustainably ensure service quality.
  • Strategic consulting: You hold solution-oriented conversations by phone and help our customers digitize their processes with our support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience: You have a background in customer support, account management, or a consulting-intensive service.
  • Confident presence: You are a strong communicator, have an excellent command of German, and project calm and competence even in complex situations.
  • Solution-oriented working style: You think proactively and aim to resolve inquiries fully on the first contact.
  • Good IT user skills: You are comfortable working with modern CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and quickly find your way around software interfaces.
  • Structure & precision: You work conscientiously and appreciate thorough documentation.
